What’s Beautiful Bundles?

Beautiful Bundles is a bespoke gift delivery service that offers a collection of modern, alternative, mainly Australian-made gifts, delivered across the country. It’s run by its founders, sisters Kate and Jay.

When we were looking for an easy but meaningful way to show we care, or a way to say “thank you” from a thousand miles away, our options were pretty thin on the ground. We knew we weren’t the only ones facing this dilemma so up sprung Beautiful Bundles.

Our Beautiful Bundles are a collection of products made with soul - mostly local to Australia. 

What’s in my Bundle?

We use only the best, unique, high-quality, and bespoke products sourced from our beautiful suppliers.

Each Beautiful Bundle is designed with a particular occasion in mind. The contents of Beautiful Bundles don’t always stay the same. Most of our suppliers are small businesses whose stock availability varies and therefore, so does ours.

We promise that when something is out of stock, it’s replaced with something of equal greatness and value.

If you’d like something specific in your bundle, just make sure you leave us a note at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

Beautiful Bundles delivers across all major Australian metropolitan areas and major regional centres. We do go bush as well, but if you are worried your Beautiful Bundles’ destination is too remote, drop us an email and we can work it out.

Beautiful Bundles uses Australia Post, but we can organise courier services if you’re in a rush, please contact us.

Overseas delivery is possible, send us an email and we can figure out shipping costs with you.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

If you need a bundle delivered on a specific date just contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get it there for you. We’re always happy to have a chat.

How long will it take for my Bundle to arrive?

Well, that all depends on where it is going and how urgent it is. Our bundles are shipped with Australia Post and you can opt for express or regular postage at
checkout. Express post is delivered within 1-3 business days; regular post is within 10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the Bundle. We also offer a courier delivery option in the Perth Metro area, only. These Bundles will arrive within 24 hours. Remember, we don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.

How will my Bundle be delivered?

Beautiful Bundles relies on Australia Post for our deliveries. Our courier deliveries in Perth Metro area are done by a private courier company.

Do you hand write or print personal cards?

Your beautiful message will be hand written with love and care. If you’re not into writing long-winded personal tomes, we’ve a great selection of pre-drafted gift notes - click here to check them out.

What if the Bundle receiver isn’t home?

Australia Post takes care of getting the Bundle into the hands of the lucky receiver, if they aren't home, the postie will do as the higher beings at Australia Post say. Usually, this means leaving a little card with redelivery or collection options.

Can I sign up to be a Beautiful Bundles Member?

Oh, yes. Yes, you can! Step this way and become a Beautiful Insider. You’ll receive our newsletter that’s got all our special deals and updates; we’re always on the hunt for new products to include in the Beautiful Bundles. The newsletter’s the best way to know what we’ve got going on with the Bundles.

Why doesn’t my bundle have the exact products from the pictures?

Sometimes, we have to change things up and replace items that are out of stock with an equally fabulous product that’s of equal or greater value. We’ll try really hard to include anything specific you want, just be sure to leave us a note at checkout or send us an email before you order.

Can I cancel my Beautiful Bundles order?

Once your order’s in the system, it’s pretty hard to reverse it, especially since we do same-day and next-day delivery. Get in touch within an hour of placing your order if you need to cancel. If it’s an emergency, email us and we will help you as best we can.

Can I change the delivery destination?

This can be a little tricky - contact us as soon as you place the order and we can change the address. Once the bundle has been shipped, it all becomes a little trickier; please double check the address of your beautiful friends who are getting your Bundle.

Can I add something extra that isn’t from your suppliers into my Bundle?

Of course! We prefer not to send breakable items such as glass, but it is doable. If you’re desperate for something to be included, just make a note at checkout and we’ll be in touch to chat to you about it personally.

Do the products in your Bundles change or get updated?

Yes, regularly. We have a lot of favourite things and we like to spread the word and share the love by including them in our Beautiful Bundles.
