What is Beautiful Bundles?

Beautiful Bundles is a bespoke gift delivery service offering a collection of modern, alternative, mainly Australian made gifts, delivered across the country, founded by sisters Kate and Jay.

When we were looking for an easy but meaningful way to show that we care, or a way to say Thank you from a thousand miles away our options were pretty thin on the ground.

We knew we weren’t the only ones facing this dilemma so along came Beautiful Bundles.

Our Beautiful Bundles are a collection of organic, non-perishable products made with soul, mostly local to Australia with the exception of the occasional great European item. Bundles are wrapped beautifully and include product information.

What is in my Bundle?

Only the best, unique, high quality and bespoke products sourced from our beautiful suppliers.

Each Beautiful Bundle is designed with a particular occasion in mind.

Beautiful Bundles don’t always stay the same.

Most of our suppliers are small business whose stock availability varies and therefore, so does ours.

Rest assured, out-of-stock items will be replaced with something of equal greatness and value. If you’d like something specific just make sure you leave us a note on checkout. 

Where do you deliver?

Beautiful Bundles delivers across all major Australian metropolitan areas and major regional centres. We do go bush as well, but if you are worried your Beautiful Bundles’ destination is too remote, drop us an email and we can work it out.

Beautiful Bundles are delivered using Australia Post. If you would prefer courier delivery, please contact us.

We can deliver overseas, please contact us via email to find out shipping costs as they will vary.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

If you need a bundle delivered on a specific date please contact us and we will endeavour to meet you request. We are always happy to have a chat.

How long will it take for my Bundle to arrive at its destination?

Well that all depends on where it is going and how urgent you need it to get there.

Our bundles are shipped with Australia Post and at check out you will have the option of express post or regular post. Express post is delivered within 1-3 business days and regular post is within 10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending upon the destination of the bundle. 

We also offer a courier delivery option which is available in the Perth Metro area only. It will arrive within 24hours.

Remember that we don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.

How will my Bundle be delivered?

Beautiful Bundles relies on Australia Post for our deliveries. Our courier deliveries in Perth Metro area are completed by a private courier company.

Do you hand write or print personal cards?

Your beautiful message will be hand written with love. If writing long-winded personal cards aren’t your thing, we have a great selection of pre-drafted gift notes - Click here to check them out.

What if the Bundle Receiver isn’t home?

Australia Post is taking care of making sure your bundle gets to its lucky receiver but if they aren't home, the postie will do as it is told by the higher beings at Australia Post. This usually means leaving a little card so your bundle stays safe.

Can I sign up to be a Beautiful Bundles Member?

Oh yes you can. Step this way and become a Beautiful Insider. You’ll receive our newsletter with special deals and updates as we are always on the hunt for new products to include in the Beautiful Bundles. It's the best way to keep in touch to find out whats happening.

Why doesn’t my bundle have the exact products that are in the description?

Sometimes we have to change things up and replace an out-of-stock item with an equally fabulous product that is of equal or greater value.

Rest assured, if you’d like something specific in your bundle, just make sure you leave us a note on checkout or send us an email.

Can I cancel my BB order?

Once we have an order in the system, it’s pretty hard to reverse it, especially since we do same-day and next-day deliveries.

Cancellation of orders must be made no more than one hour after the order was placed.

If it’s an emergency, email us and we will help you as best we can. 

Can I change the delivery destination?

This can be a little tricky but if you contact us immediately we can change the address. Once the bundle has been shipped it all becomes a little trickier so please double check the address of your beautiful friends who you are sending to.

Can I add something extra that isn’t from your suppliers in my bundle?

Of course. We don’t like to send breakable items, such as glass, but it is doable. If you’re desperate for something to be included, just make a note at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange this with you personally.

Do the products in your Bundles ever change or get updated?

Yes, regularly. We have a lot of favourite things, and we like to spread the word and share the love by including them in our Beautiful Bundles.
